Download the NHS App or open the NHS website up and login to access a range of NHS services online.
Already signed up to the NHS app? You can now access your hospital information too
Simply go into "Messages" on the NHS App and select "Your hospital and specialist doctors" then follow the instructions to sign up to Patients Know Best. You will now be able to see your hospital appointments and letters digitally, access some of your hospital test results and receive a notification when the hospital has accepted your GP referral.

correct contact details for you.
This is because they are used by your GP and other NHS services to contact you about screening, vaccinations or appointments.
If we find that your mobile phone number or email address is missing or in an incorrect format, we will send you a message to let you know.
You can add missing information, or fix an issue with your contact details, by logging into your NHS account or by using the NHS App.
If you are unable to update your details this way, please get in touch with us and we will update your NHS record for you.
