We are listening to you and trying to improve how you can contact us. We hope that by taking out  prescription request calls, urgent calls and appointment requests can be dealt with much quicker. 

Please also remember that if you need to ring us, if it is not urgent then mid-morning or mid-afternoon are the easiest times to get through. Thank you for being patient with us during this period of change.

TELEPHONE PRESCRIPTION LINE

As of the 17th August 2015 patients will no longer be able to request prescriptions over the telephone. 

  • The Practice would encourage all patients to order their prescriptions by;
  • Using the right hand side of your previous prescription to tell us which items you want to re-order and drop it in at any one of our three sites
  • Register for Online Access and order them online on your computer or mobile phone App.
  • Ask your usual pharmacy to order your prescriptions for you - remember they can often deliver the items for you as well

Please remember to allow 48 hours for your prescription to be prepared and 72 hours if it is being delivered to a pharmacy.
